Eddie Wiley specializes exclusively in personal injury law and devotes his practice to the following areas: motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, accident benefits, bar and tavern liability, slip & fall incidents, and product liability cases. He has extensive experience appearing before the Licence Appeal Tribunal to dispute denials by accident benefits insurers, the Workplace Safety Insurance Appeals Tribunal to resist section 31 “right to sue” applications filed by insurers, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for all types of personal injury matters.
He has significant experience appearing at the Licence Appeal Tribunal on behalf of catastrophically injured clients and negotiating high-value settlements where appropriate. As an effective and relentless litigator, he frequently appears at mediations and in court to obtain excellent results for satisfied clients.
